Returns
We have a 4–5 day return policy, which means you can request a return within 4 to 5 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products
Please inspect your order after delivery.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refunds & Store Credits
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your return request.
If your return is approved:
- Instead of a direct monetary refund, customers will receive store credit points
- Store credit points can be used to purchase any product from our store in the future
- Credit points will be added to your customer account within 7–10 business days after approval
- Store credit points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
