At Saaz Manjiri, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 4–5 day return policy, which means you can request a return within 4 to 5 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Product must be in its original packaging

  • Tags should be attached

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Please note:

  • Items sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.


Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized/custom products

  • Beauty or personal care products

  • Perishable items


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


Refunds & Store Credits

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your return request.

If your return is approved:

  • Instead of a direct monetary refund, customers will receive store credit points
  • Store credit points can be used to purchase any product from our store in the future
  • Credit points will be added to your customer account within 7–10 business days after approval
  • Store credit points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
