Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Maharashtra: 2–5 business days

  • Other Indian states: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotions, or minimum order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your shipment status.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to wrong customer information

  • Additional shipping charges for re-delivery

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos/videos of the package and product

We will review the issue and provide assistance accordingly.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
